This yoga teacher training gives you a solid foundation if you feel called to be a yoga instructor, or if you just want to deepen your own practice. It is based on traditional Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga) and conducted in Rishikesh (Tapovan / Laxman Jhula). The 1st day begins with a beautiful welcome ceremony.
